1. Business retention & business share growth with existing Key
Accounts - West Region.
2. Adherence to monthly order booking targets for assigned Key Accounts.
3. Product Costing for new enquiries from existing customers & new prospects & timely submission of technical & commercial offers.
4. Internal processing of orders & order fulfilment commitments to be communicated to assigned Key Accounts.
5. Monthly reporting on key attributes like performance of designated Key Accounts w.r.t order booking, business trend, competition, opportunities & challenges.
6. Monthly review of payment receivables from designated Key Accounts & adherence to +90% payment recovery.
