As a Sales Executive at, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to identify opportunities, pitch services, and close sales in the E-Commerce and IT consulting space.
Identify and target potential clients in the E-Commerce and IT consulting sectors.
Generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase our services.
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions based on their business challenges.
Act as the point of contact for clients during the sales process, providing excellent customer service
and support.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM
system.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in E-Commerce, IT consulting, and digital transformation.
Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to identify opportunities for differentiation and
growth.
Provide feedback on customer requirements to help improve service offerings.
Ensure that all sales documentation is thorough, accurate, and in line with company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or web development. Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc).
