Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the E-Commerce and IT consulting sectors. Generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase our services. Understand client needs and offer customized solutions based on their business challenges. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the point of contact for clients during the sales process, providing excellent customer service and support. Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client needs. Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.| Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to management. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in E-Commerce, IT consulting, and digital transformation. Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide feedback on customer requirements to help improve service offerings. Sales Documentation and Proposals: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients. Ensure that all sales documentation is thorough, accurate, and in line with company standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in E-Commerce, IT consulting, or technology solutions (1-3 years). Experience in B2B sales is an advantage. Strong understanding of digital technologies, E-Commerce platforms, and IT consulting services. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
