Key Responsibilities: Dealer & Distributor Network Development: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and expanding our dealer base across regions. Relationship Management: Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent performance, satisfaction, and collaboration. Sales Execution: Support monthly targets, drive conversions, and follow up on leads. Marketing Campaigns: Help design and execute promotions, events, and regional campaigns. Market Research: Gather on-ground insights from dealers, customers, and competitors to inform product and strategy. Customer Engagement: Represent VIR BIKE at trade events, ride-outs, and retail activations. Coordination with Technical Team: Relay market feedback to product and R&D teams for continuous improvement. Reporting & CRM: Maintain detailed sales data, dealer feedback, and activity reports. Who You Are: A fresher or graduate excited about the EV industry and customer relations. A natural communicator who can build trust with dealers and clients. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel for dealer visits, activations, and fieldwork.
