We're Hiring: Sales Executive & Marketing Executive

Company: Diziq Technology Pvt Ltd

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000/month

Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position 3: Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients for our IT and digital services.

Pitch and demonstrate our software, CRM, and service solutions via phone, email, or video meetings.

Confidently resolving customer concerns, pricing hesitations, and technical doubts to move prospects toward purchase.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

Build and maintain client relationships and track progress through CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Prior experience in selling IT/digital services is a big plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Position 3: Marketing Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google).

Develop marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.

Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.

Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve campaign results.

Coordinate email marketing, content marketing, and social media schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.

Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.

Strong writing and creative skills to craft compelling ad copy and content.

Experience with SEO, content creation, and analytics is a plus.

Marketing Software Expertise:

Proficiency with at least 3 of the following:

Meta Business Suite

Google Ads

HubSpot / Zoho CRM

Canva / Adobe

Mailchimp / Moosend / Sendinblue

GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels
