Job SummaryWe are looking for a Executive Sales Engineer who can combine strong technical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, understand technical requirements, propose optimal solutions, and close high-value deals while building long-term client relationships.________________________________________?? Key Responsibilities?? Sales & Business Development• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or key accounts• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets?? Technical Consulting & Solution Design• Understand customer technical requirements and propose customized solutions• Deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), and technical presentations• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams for solution alignment?? Client & Account Management• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients• Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner for customers• Handle RFQs, RFPs, and tenders with detailed technical-commercial documentation?? Market Intelligence & Strategy• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback• Support management with sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic insights• Assist in pricing strategies and contract negotiations?? Leadership & Mentorship• Mentor junior sales engineers and sales executives• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members________________________________________?? Qualifications & Skills?? Education• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / IT / Computer Science or relevant discipline)• MBA (Sales / Marketing) – Preferred?? Technical & Sales Skills• Strong technical understanding of products and solutions in relevant industry• Proven expertise in B2B / enterprise / solution sales• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value• Expertise with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)________________________________________??
