Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Executive Sales Manager located in Pune. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities also include managing a sales team, providing training and support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the smart display industry to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills including client engagement, market research, and revenue generation
  • Leadership and Team Management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for building long-term client relationships
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking abilities to identify opportunities and set impactful sales strategies
  • Experience in the technology or digital display solutions industry preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
