Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan & execute hyperlocal activities to grow the store sales Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors/agencies for event setups, branding materials, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with the creative team to develop and produce engaging marketing collaterals such as banners, flyers, and standees Ensure effective budget planning and management for all BTL campaigns, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality Track and evaluate campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity Be open to traveling and working flexible hours, including weekends, as required for on-ground activations and events Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, including event execution and vendor management Excellent understanding of consumer engagement and brand activation strategies Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Basic ability to capture photos/videos during events for documentation and reporting purposes Candidates from retail background will be preferred
