Job Description Brand Management & Promotion o Developing and executing marketing plans for assigned product categories. o Social Media and Digital Marketing Campaigns to develop impactful results. Market Research & Analysis o Conduct regular market research to identify consumer needs o E merging trends, and Competitor activities . o Provide insights and recommendations to guide brand and product strategies. Sales & Trade Marketing Support o Collaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent brand presence across channels i.e., modern trade, general trade, e-commerce. Digital & Social Media Marketing o Manage brand presence on digital platforms including social media, e-commerce listings, and influencer campaigns. Reporting & Performance Tracking o Track key marketing KPIs (brand awareness, market share, sales uplift from promotions). o Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in any Discipline · 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, in FMCG/Chemical or consumer products marketing. · Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and trade marketing. · Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools. · Excellent communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills.
