Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with sales software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
