Job Description

The Executive Inside Sales is responsible for generating revenue by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing leads, and closing sales remotely. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product information, addressing queries, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online communication.
  • Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations remotely to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and support sales campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position company offerings.
