About the Role As an Jr. HR Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our people strategy—ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement experiences. This role offers exciting opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve across all areas of HR, giving you the skills and exposure to level up your career. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Post job openings across platforms and manage job ads. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates who fit the role and vibe. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. 2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement • Conduct fun, informative orientation sessions for new joiners. • Act as the go-to person for employee concerns and positive engagement. 3. HR Operations • Manage employee records with precision and ensure compliance with labor laws. • Track attendance, leave records, and other operational tasks. 4. Administrative Support • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits. • Contribute to employee engagement programs and other cool HR initiatives.  Your Growth @ Helo.ai  Fast-Track Growth • Based on your performance, your designation will evolve during appraisals— grow from Junior HR Executive to HR Executive and eventually to Senior HR Executive. • You’ll explore all areas of HR—recruitment, operations, engagement, and more.
