We’re looking for an HR & Founder’s Office Executive who will not only manage people operations but also work closely with the founder on day-to-day execution, coordination, and strategic tasks. This is a high-growth role for someone who wants to learn HR, operations, and startup leadership at the same time. Key Responsibilities & People: End-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). Manage employee records, attendance, payroll, and leave tracking. Drive employee engagement, team activities, and culture initiatives. Ensure HR compliance and documentation. Founder’s Office / Operations: Assist the founder in daily tasks, follow-ups, and coordination across teams. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and vendor scouting. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as needed. Handle confidential projects and ensure smooth execution. General Admin & Support Vendor and freelancer coordination. Manage office needs, subscriptions, and reimbursements. Organize meetings, exhibitions, or events. Act as the bridge between different departments
