About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Blended) to handle both voice and non-voice interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask across calls, emails, chats, and social media queries. --- Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, and policies. Respond to customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team. Order & Service Support Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and payment queries. Process returns, refunds, and replacements as per company policies. . Customer Satisfaction Ensure prompt resolution within defined SLAs. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone with customers. Collect feedback and share ins ights to improve service quality.
