Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with payroll teams and validating employee attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and timesheet management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management on HR-related queries.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Assist in statutory compliance related to labor laws and internal audits.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, training, and other HR teams as needed.
  • Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
