Job Title:

Account Executive

Location:

Churchgate, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during audits.
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and ledger maintenance.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports using MS Excel.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • able to do accounting entries in Nav software or any accounting software.
  • basic knowledge of taxation Tds gst
  • knowledge of bank reconciliation customer and vendor reconciliation
  • communication skills email correspondence
  • knowledge of English
