Assisting, Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations. • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with Organization guidelines • Customize desktop applications to meet end-user needs, record technical issues and solutions in logs and follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage. • Ability to prepare Standard Operating procedures, Dashboards and Data Analytics. • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to ensure seamless operations Technical Skills: • MCP or MCSE would be preferred. • Good to have Understanding knowledge on ITIL v4.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Responsibilities: Windows Server Expertise: Deep proficiency in administering Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments. Expertise in all aspects of Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Hyper-V Virtualization: Extensive experience with Hyper-V virtualisation, including creating, managing, and optimising virtual machines. Proficient in managing virtual networks, storage, and resource allocation. Directory Services: In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and ADFS.
