Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, including interactions with business partners.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team.
Process sales orders using company software.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Manage backend order processing, invoicing, and order management.
Foster positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Preferred candidates for roles involving calling, email, and voice support should possess strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in both phone and verbal communication, including active listening.
A talent for conveying technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely over the phone.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for this profile.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in Customer Support
