Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive to lead our Customer Care team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer care strategies to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and support.
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide information about healthcare services and products to patients and their families.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patients.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to healthcare services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer care or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of healthcare services and products is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
Experience working with healthcare software and systems is an asset.
