Key Responsibilities:

1.Compliance & Auditing

• Manage the auditing program for franchise compliance.

• Track expired or missing documents (licenses, agreements, insurance, legal 

requirements).

• Connect with franchisees for timely updates and enforcement of non-compliance.

• Handle default notices and legal notices sent or received by the company.

2.Legal Documentation & Contract Management

• Draft and distribute legal documents and compliance communications.

• Coordinate with franchisees/prospects to ensure proper execution of required documents.

• Collect data and inputs required for Franchise Agreements.

• Maintain and update agreement templates; recommend contract process improvements.

3.Franchise Support & Litigation Assistance

• Work with franchise support teams to resolve franchisee non-compliance.

• Assist in managing active litigation with fact finding and analysis.

• Provide support to sales and other internal departments as needed.

• Assist the Vice President of Operations on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or legal studies.

• 1–2 years of business/legal experience; franchise experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and reporting systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work independently with sound 

judgment.
