Job Title: Fitness Manager – Anytime Fitness (Sector 14, Gurgaon) Location: Gurgaon, India Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (fixed) + Performance Incentives (up to ₹70,000/month) About Us: Anytime Fitness, Sector 14 Gurgaon, is part of a global fitness brand dedicated to delivering best-in-class training experiences and helping our members lead healthier lives. We are now hiring a Fitness Manager to lead our training team, drive PT sales, and ensure high service standards on the gym floor. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage and motivate the team of personal and general trainers. ✅ Drive Personal Training (PT) revenue through effective sales strategies and member engagement. ✅ Monitor member experience and ensure a clean, safe, and professional gym environment. ✅ Maintain training quality, staff discipline, and overall gym decorum. ✅ Support hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of training staff when needed. ✅ Coordinate with the front-end/sales team for seamless member conversions and service upgrades. Who Should Apply? 🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal trainer, coach, or fitness team leader. 🔹 Must hold valid fitness certifications ( ACE, NASM, ISSA, K11 , or equivalent). 🔹 Prior experience in a branded gym (e.g., Anytime Fitness, Cult, Gold’s Gym) is a strong advantage. 🔹 Must live within commutable distance to the gym in Gurgaon or be willing to relocate nearby. 🔹 Passionate about fitness, proactive in sales, and strong in leadership and communication.
