Role & responsibilities

• Conducting audits related to regulatory requirements.

• Conducting process related audits.

• Conducting daily/weekly briefing and review sessions.

• Conducting training for on-floor/ in-training agents to improve compliance.

Reviewing and tracking completion of root cause analysis and action plan.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Prepare and analyze internal and external compliance reports for management staff review.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 3 years of international voice (USA) BPO experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of Collections experience Voice.

• Should be comfortable working in night shifts.

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Should have good presentation skills.

• Should have basic MS Office skills (Excel, PPT & Word) & interpersonal skills.

• Should have the ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization.

• Should be good at multitasking; able to consistently execute and complete the tasks within stringent deadlines
