Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Marriott Executive Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in managing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage and train a team of chefs, cooks, and support staff to ensure high-quality service.
Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
