Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Seven Sky Clarks Exotica in Bhuj. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary arts, menu planning, and food production techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
