Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
