Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef (Continental) located at Infinitea Sports Club & Tea Garden Resort, Infinitea Dak Bunglow and Firewood Cafe in Palampur. The Executive Chef (Continental) will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and controlling inventory. Additional tasks include maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in menu development, food quality, and safety standards
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Compensation:

50k to 70k per month (depending on experience)+ Performance Incentive
