You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role as the Executive Chef entails functioning as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department. You are expected to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, maintaining the standard of the hotel and achieving individual profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department - Ensure all outlets and banquets operate successfully - Maintain the standard of the hotel and achieve individual profitability Qualifications Required: - Ideally, an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production - Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation - Good practical, operational, and adequate administrative skills - Must have a flair for creativity Please note that the above job description is specific to the Executive Chef position at Hyatt Hyderabad.,
