The hotel features an outdoor pool, an on-site spa, a 24-hour business center, and meeting facilities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Jammu. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high culinary standards. Key tasks include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Executive Chef will also be involved in staff training and development. Qualifications Expertise in culinary techniques, menu planning, and food presentation Strong leadership and staff management skills Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
