About the Role:

Executive Assistant to the Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director.
• Manage calendar, appointments, travel schedules, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
• Track ongoing projects, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and other office management duties.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
