As an Executive Assistant to the Director at our company, your role will involve providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. - Maintain records, files, and other important documents. - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as directed. - Assist in project coordination and support administrative operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
