The Executive Assistant to the Director is a critical role that blends execution, project management, and learning ensuring every key program and initiative stays on track.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project and Program Management
Assist the Director in planning, tracking, and executing high-priority projects and programs.Maintain updated trackers, reports, and dashboards for multiple initiatives.Ensure timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are consistently met.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.Identify bottlenecks early and proactively find solutions to keep momentum.
2. Executive and Operational Support
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule with precision.Support preparation of documents, presentations, and communication materials.Follow up on key decisions and ensure actions are completed on time.Provide operational support for ongoing organizational priorities.
3. Communication and Coordination
Handle internal and external communication with clarity and professionalism.Coordinate between internal teams, external partners, and customers for smooth operations.Maintain organized documentation and version control for key projects.Contribute to communication materials and outreach content when required.
4. Learning and Growth
Engage in research and exploration of new ideas in early learning and education.Participate in pilot projects, events, or programs that drive innovation.Demonstrate ownership and curiosity to understand how impactful organizations operate.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Education, Communication, or related fields.
- 05 years of experience (freshers with strong motivation are also welcome).
- Strong project management and coordination skills detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools.
- A proactive mindset comfortable with ambiguity, challenge, and responsibility.

Compensation
?20,000 ?25,000 per month (depending on qualifications and capability).This role is not for everyone.
