About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD) who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient decision-making, and seamless coordination across leadership and business functions. The EA will act as the MD’s right hand, managing calendars, priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs1. Executive Support

  • Manage the MD’s daily calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments effectively.
  • Handle email and communication flow, prioritizing urgent matters for timely action.
  • Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Ensure the MD is well-prepared with necessary briefs, documents, and updates before meetings.

KRA: 100% calendar optimization, ensuring all meetings are prepared with relevant documents and updates delivered in advance.

2. Strategic & Business Coordination

  • Track progress of strategic projects and provide regular status updates to the MD.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) and external stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Support business reviews, client meetings, and board presentations with accurate data and insights.

KRA: Ensure timely submission of reports, trackers, and dashboards with zero delay to aid decision-making.

3. Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and follow-up on assigned action points.
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, and compliance-related records for quick reference.
  • Assist in managing budgets, expense tracking, and vendor coordination related to MD’s office.

KRA: Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and expense reports, with weekly reporting to MD.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between MD and clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Represent the MD professionally in all communications.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to foster collaboration and trust.

KRA: Enhance client/stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.

5. Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle all confidential business, financial, and HR-related information with the highest integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance practices.

KRA: Zero data breaches and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Business Administration preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, project management tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,043.82 - ₹37,946.77 per month
