About the Role

Executive Assistant (EA)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and follow up on key business initiatives with senior leadership teams.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communication with efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
  • Facilitate decision-making by compiling business updates and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the MD and senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Draft correspondence, review documents, and ensure professional standards in all communications.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the MD.
  • Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 

    7–12 years of experience

     as an EA/PA to CXO/MD level, preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Service industries.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • High maturity level, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage tight deadlines.
