About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Managing Director (MD) in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This is a critical role within our microfinance institution, ideal for someone passionate about financial inclusion, community empowerment, and women’s economic development. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the MD including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings. Coordinate with department heads and regional teams to track project progress and follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Assist in planning and executing field visits, stakeholder meetings, and community events. Travel outside the city twice a month to support MD’s outreach, monitoring, and partnership development efforts. Maintain clear and effective communication between the MD’s office and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the microfinance. Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication in English (and local language, if applicable). Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness and ability to travel outside the city at least twice a month. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
