Role & responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director. Manage and prioritize the Executive Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support decision-making by gathering and organizing relevant data and reports. Assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA qualification (preferred). Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting (preferably in real estate). Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills. Real estate industry experience preferred. Smart, confident, and able to make decisions effectively.
