Job Title: Marketing Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, brand visibility, and lead generation for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative vision and performance marketing expertise, with a proven track record of aligning marketing strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop growth-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. • Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, and PR) that blend data-driven performance marketing with impactful storytelling. • Lead Generation & Management: Work closely with sales and client-facing teams to refine lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes. Ensure consistent and high-quality lead flow that translates into measurable business outcomes. • Brand Management: Strengthen the companys market positioning through consistent branding efforts across all channels, enhancing customer trust and recognition. • Digital Marketing Oversight: Drive performance across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns to maximize ROI and customer engagement. • Market Research & Analytics: Conduct competitive market analysis and consumer behavior studies to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 15 years of relevant marketing experience in the real estate industry. • Strong understanding of real estate customer behavior and market dynamics. • Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), CRM platforms, and analytics software. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to balance creative innovation with data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully managing high-budget campaigns and generating measurable ROI. • Experience in luxury, residential, or commercial real estate segments.
