Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the entire sales coordination function, ensuring seamless support to national sales operations.

• Drive CRM governance, enforce data discipline, and ensure real-time visibility of the sales pipeline for leadership.

• Oversee strategic allocation and movement of samples, marketing collaterals, and showroom assets across regions.

• Strengthen dealer and distributor enablement through timely product information, documentation, and collateral support.

• Lead coordination with showrooms, ensuring brand consistency, display readiness, and accurate enquiry reporting.

• Enable faster decision-making by ensuring high-quality MIS, trend reports, and actionable insights for the Sales Head and CXO team.

• Build strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order flow and timely customer deliveries.

• Standardize and optimise sales processes, improving TATs, documentation efficiency, and coordination frameworks.

• Anticipate operational gaps, proactively resolve escalations, and ensure uninterrupted sales functioning.

• Mentor and develop the coordination team, building capability, accountability, and execution excellence.

• Champion organisational discipline, communication flow, and transparency across all sales touchpoints.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong business and strategic planning capability

• Ability to build and scale distribution and channel networks

• Expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance frameworks

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills

• Leadership and people management with team mentoring abilities

• High ownership, execution mindset, and attention to detail

• Background in building materials, interior products, construction, or related industries

• Proven track record in managing global or multi-region markets

• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks

• Prior exposure to cross-functional roles and strategic execution
