Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact and support for the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of various strategic and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.

2. Strategic Coordination:

  • Assist the CEO in managing and prioritizing daily activities to align with organizational goals.
  • Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft reports, proposals, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization.

4. Project Management:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.

5. Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Represent the CEO in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
