Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle travel planning, visas, and itineraries
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate communication with board members, clients, and senior leadership
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and budgets for the CEOs office
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams
  • Improve administrative systems and workflows
  • Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
  • Coordinate events, leadership off-sites, and company functions

  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • MS Office / Google Workspace skills
