Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and key priorities daily.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in budget tracking and cost-efficiency measures for administrative expenses.
Support vendor negotiations, contracts, and timely payments.
Coordinate high-priority meetings, events, and travel logistics for leadership.
Prepare reports on operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of administration, budgeting, and scheduling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
