Research Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research related to wellness, wellbeing, health, and allied sciences
• Perform literature reviews, data collection, and analysis from credible academic and industry sources
• Prepare structured research summaries, concept notes, and briefing documents
• Support planning and content development for wellness programs and sessions
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external experts when required
• Maintain proper documentation of research findings and expert databases
• Present research insights and updates in meetings and weekly reporting
• Adhere to research ethics, accuracy, and confidentiality standards
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently within part-time or full-time work schedules

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Science, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, Biotechnology, or related fields
• PhD scholars are highly preferred
• Early-career researchers or fresh graduates with strong academic research exposure are welcome
• Demonstrates a keen interest in wellness, wellbeing, holistic health, or preventive healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct independent research and present findings clearly
• Comfortable working part-time or full-time, on-site or work-from-home
• Prior academic or clinical research experience
• Experience in identifying subject-matter experts or working with academic networks
