Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Assistant based in Nandyal, with flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and providing support in laboratory-related activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include identifying trends, compiling research findings, and assisting in academic project development and simulation tasks. Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis tools and methods
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Proven Research skills, including the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and familiarity with relevant software or simulation tools
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Educational background in a related field such as Engineering, Science, or Research (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency in using computer applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Prior experience in project support or academic assistance is a plus
