Job Overview The Senior Medical Officer will lead the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations in a cement manufacturing facility,ensuring compliance with NABH accreditation standards and addressing industry specific occupational health risks. The role demands strategic planning, clinical governance and proactive health surveillance. Key Responsibilities 1.Clinical Leadership & Governance Lead the clinical team and oversee all medical services within the OHC. Ensure quality care delivery aligned with NABH standards. Supervise pre-employment and periodic medical examinations. Manage medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to tertiary care. Maintain and audit Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinical documentation. 2.NABH Compliance & Quality Assurance Implement and monitor NABH protocols and quality indicators.
