l Daily Report to Team leader (Regional Audit Manager)
l Conduct branch audits as per the schedule assigned by HO
l Personal visit and verify process adherence in center meetings
l Group formation, Pre GRT , GRT, LD, new member acquisitions, dropout and death cases visits
l Verify various branch registers,files, reports, administrative and HR related issues
l Escalate critical issues on real time basis to the business team which requires immediate attention
l Investigate frauds/misappropriations
l Conduct compliance checks and report for any field deviations
l Prepare and submit audit reports within defined TAT
l Follow up the compliance of the audit reports with the business team till the closure of the report
l To improve competency on a regular basis and match with the industry standards. (i..,e. IIBF microfinance/AML etc exam/RBIA Etc.)
Discuss the audit findings during monthly team meeting with the respective state business heads
