Drive end to end Internal Process Audit - Plan, Audit, Review, Follow-up, Closure across all functions in MDPL and drive the entire ISO Audit for the company Role & responsibilities End to end ownership of the ISO journey of the company and all its 3rd party vendors Review of all internal processes across all teams and publish Process Compliance Report to Senior Management Prepare Monthly reports on Process Compliance across teams and rank processes Coordinate with all functions in MDPL to track the closure of all corrective actions of all identified gaps Propose process improvement initiatives and process re-engineering initiatives basis the gaps identified in process audits Formalize Process Training Needs and Conduct relevant process trainings across teams Play a pivotal role in overall Process Excellence and Quality Management through close involvement with Process Development, Standardization, and Improvement Assist all functions in MDPL to update the requirements of all External Audits SPOC for External Audit Coordinate with all functions in MDPL to track the closure of all corrective actions post External Audit Assisting the Management Representative in all QMS activities Preferred candidate profile Experience in ISO 9001 is a must Experience in Process Improvement projects Experience in Quality Management and Process Audits Good verbal and written communication skills Eye for details in processes and systems. Key Responsibilities : Conduct Quality Audits and Survey Quality Audits to ensure compliance with set standards. Perform detailed fact-finding, documenting, and reporting to management. Ensure compliance assurance by scrutinizing RM (Relationship Manager) conduct at the household level. Identify and mitigate risks in processes and operations, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance. Detect and prevent fraud in field activities. Uncover and report SOP non-compliances to enhance operational efficiency . Identify and document external infiltration or intrusion attempts. Requirements : Minimum 3 -4 years of experience in the same background. Strong knowledge of auditing processes and compliance regulations. Ability to work and travel extensively in the field and conduct thorough inspections. High attention to detail for identifying risks, inefficiencies, and fraud. Excellent communication and reporting skills to relay findings to management. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Create high-quality, original content using AI tools and technologies, including text, images, and videos. 4. The freelancer should be familiar and have own subscription to AI tools for video making 4. While not mandatory, familiarity with graphic design and video editing software will be an advantage. The work steps would be :- 1.MDPL would share the content with the freelancer (English and hindi) 2.Freelancer would need to convert the content using AI tools to moving /animated videos 3.Add voice over and graphics to the video 4.The images has to be Indian based 5.The image should correlate with our household(we will share sample videos with freelancer to understand our requirement once we have the discussion) 6.Timeline provided would be 3 days to complete each video 7. Once video is shared with us, we would internally review it and share the modifications within 1 working day 8. The final version has to be delivered within 2 days.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) with strong data comprehension and interpersonal communication skills to engage with households. The VRM will review customer/panelist data in advance, draw insights, and conduct meaningful conversations that reflect a deep understanding of the customers profile and history. This role is critical in driving engagement, building trust, and influencing behaviour through intelligent conversations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound/inbound high-quality voice interactions with households/panellists/customers. Interpret and analyse household viewership data, engagement history, and service records prior to each call. Personalize each conversation based on data insights (e.g., drop in usage, non-viewership patterns, shifting behaviours). Identify pain points, root causes for service disengagement, or lack of viewership, and recommend solutions. Capture call insights, feedback, and next steps accurately into CRM systems or trackers. Build and maintain rapport through empathy, product understanding, and conversational finesse. Collaborate with content or field teams for escalations, follow-ups, or operational dependencies. Suggest content or engagement strategies based on common patterns in data or feedback. Meet call quality, data accuracy, and engagement targets as defined. Required Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a plus). Strong analytical skills to understand, interpret, and act on structured/unstructured data. Ability to multitask between data screens, dashboards, and call documentation. Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM dashboards, or data portals. Active listening and problem-solving attitude during live conversations.
