Field Auditor

As a Mystery/Field Auditor (National Retail) at QDegrees Services, your role involves visiting service centers of Consumer Durables / Retail outlets across multiple states in PAN India locations. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing audits at service centers on various predefined parameters, both technical and non-technical. - Capturing Voice of Customer (VOC) from dealers and customers through physical visits and telecom. - Preparing reports and analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities. To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required: - Graduate in any stream. - Possessing 0.6 month to 1 year of experience is a plus. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. - Strong analytical skills. - Willingness to travel. - Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
