Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research Assistant located in Tiruchirappalli. The Research Assistant will support faculty and research teams by conducting experiments, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of scholarly articles. The role also involves organizing research findings, maintaining laboratory equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of research projects. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate research findings Proficiency in Research and Data Analysis to support project objectives Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and documentation Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and equipment handling Ability to work independently as well as part of a research team Prior research experience in a relevant field is an advantage Master's degree in a related subject is preferred; a Bachelor's degree with significant research experience may also be considered
