We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to lead our client's dynamic team in implementing transformative automation projects.

Job Summary:

The Program/Project Manager - RPA Software will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects.

This role involves managing resources, schedules, and budgets, as well as liaising with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of RPA solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

2. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including RPA developers, business analysts, and QA testers.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.

4. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as necessary.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all RPA solutions are developed and implemented to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RPA and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in RPA or software development.
• Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedules, and system designs.
