As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the CEO’s key support executive, responsible for streamlining operations, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives, and managing strategic and administrative functions across the CEO’s portfolio. This is a dynamic and high-impact role demanding discretion, judgment, and proactivity.


Role & responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-company reviews, strategic meetings, and board-level reports.
  • Prepare executive briefs, action trackers, and follow-up reports for high-level meetings.
  • Oversee the execution of HR tasks delegated by the CEO such as hiring approvals, policy enforcement, performance tracking, and organizational structure updates.  
  • Coordinate with global HR teams to ensure adherence to induction, onboarding, notice period, and retention policies.
  • Assist tracking statutory and regulatory compliance status across entities in multiple jurisdictions.  
  • Assist in ensuring the implementation of internal controls, audit protocols, and documentation standards.
  • Regularly monitor executive dashboards, sales funnel reports, and performance metrics across business units.
  • Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in all communications, particularly regarding corporate strategy and executive decisions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments, offices, and group leadership.  


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in multinational organizations. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.  
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English; professional-level communication.  
  • High discretion and confidentiality.  
  • Tech-savvy with experience using task/project management tools, Google Workspace etc.

  • Fixed Salary: Rs 500,000/Yearly [Depending on Experience]
  • Mobile Allowance: At actual [You will be provided a dedicated International Phone Number]
  • Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
  • Travel Allowance- At Actual as per company travel policy
  • Provident Fund as per policy
