Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Directors calendar, appointments, and international/domestic travel
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and virtual calls
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
  • Handle professional correspondence including emails, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain efficient digital and physical filing systems
  • Support strategic departmental projects, timelines, and communication
  • Act as liaison between the Director and other teams or stakeholders
  • Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and expense reports
  • Coordinate team events, offsites, and logistics
  • Proactively suggest and implement workflow improvement
